The Mill Route takes cyclists past windmills and water pumps in the Kempen countryside using the numbered-node cycle network.
In the Antwerp Kempen region, there are still dozens of grinding mills, many of which have been renovated and whose surroundings are also protected.
During your tour, on both the northern and southern loops, you will come across ten unusual mills that you can visit. At some of them, you can still buy flour or taste mill delicacies.
In Lille, the Mill Route takes you past The Slagmolen and the In Stormen Sterk grain mill.
